We purchased this refrigerator in 2021 because we needed a specific size to fit inside our house. So far (2026) the refrigerator is working well. I appreciate that the shelves are easily adjustable and are easy to clean. The hidden door feature is probably my favorite part of the unit because it allows easy access to often-grabbed items like drinks and condiments. The ice maker and water option on the front is also great, and I like that I can set different temperature zones for the main fridge and for the drawer below it. The only two features that I find frustrating are the double icemaker. The Round ice balls in the freezer take up a lot of room that I would gladly have for storage instead. The ice balls are produced slowly and I feel pretentious offering them to guests. The other issue is that the shelves on the ice-maker side of the refrigerator door are so narrow that it's nearly impossible to house anything there.. Cabrown224. Mon Jun 22 2026

The refrigerator sat in my garage for about 3 weeks and no one called me about installing my refrigerator. I did call to schedule installation, but no one called me to make an appointment. I even paid 50 to have the old refrigerator removed. My son is the person who installed the refrigerator for me. It took him several hours to install as he had to remove the doors to make it fit. This refrigerator is very stylish. We bought a counter depth.They are smaller but this one is very well appointed. The drawers slide so nice. Has a Deli drawer and a Butter keeper. Which most refrigerators no longer have. Helps to keep everything organized.The freezer has 2 drawers and really nice wire shelves on the door that bend out. There is even a little shelf above the ice maker. Perfect for ice cream bars. It is made in Kentucky. One of the reason I bought it. Love, Love, Love this refrigerator.. Gooddkitty. I love this counter depth refrigerator. We received it a few weeks later than originally scheduled, but it was better than not getting it at all. Thanks goodness for Wayfair! I couldn’t order it anywhere without waiting over 5 to 6 months. The inside drawer within the freezer drawer had a small piece broken. But I was able to send a video to the tech and the part was ordered and received. I love the fact that you don’t see fingerprints. Love the style and very roomy. Grandkids love the fact it shows them how many ounces of water they are drinking and it not only helps them, but grandma make sure she is drinking enough. Love that it has the door in door and I am able to put drinks and not have to open the entire door. Did have an issue when the temperature went up and and it seemed like it took hours for it to cool down again. I also don't like the fact the ice cubes stick ALOT and I have to open and shake the container. Also don't like the noise level.
