Paid about $3900.00 for this piece, including taxes and white glove delivery. Least favorite purchase from Wayfair. The green color in the picture looks more gray-green in actuality. The underside of the cushions is not upholstered. Seams are obvious generally, but especially so around the nail-head assembly of the arms. If your looking for a plump rolled arm that's nice to lay your head on, this will disappoint -- as will the interior padding and throw pillows. The pillow-fringe is sparse. The fabric feels thin and rough to the touch. It's advertised as a synthetic/cotton mix, but it's hard to feel the cotton. Not a piece around which to center a room or color-scheme. Absolutely lovely, these have a great feel and nice weight to them. The pattern is gorgeous. There are a lot of plastic ties that you have to snip to unfasten the blanket, way more than you think you need to cut. One of the bags was open inside of the packaging when it was supposed to be all the way sealed. I absolutely love the rug - it's perfect - but I was very upset with this defect and knew I would aways see it when I entered the room. I called Wayfair right away and they are sending a replacement! Trust me. It will help it to not slide and also allows for comfort. The pad smells like frumunda chemical with American hot cocoa mix. The rug smells like normal rug. Not really bothering me. My kid says the pad smells like ‘the manufacturing process’. I like this because I’m stuck forever wanting to live a ‘conversation pit’ life without the pit.
