I’m used to using tongs with flatter edges to be able to get under food that might be sticking a bit or completely flat, so getting used to these thicker rounded tips takes time. Build seems solid. I do find the spring on the weaker side a bit, but I guess that helps if you don’t want to be for big them closed all the time, but I prefer something that pops open faster/with more force than having to wait for them to open..
