Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed. This has been mostly a set-it-and-forget-it appliance for us, but it's nice that we have access via the app if needed. Because I enjoy being lazy. Highly recommend.. Lia V.. Wed May 13 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had good service from various Frigidaire products in the past. This is my first Frigidaire dehumidifier, and my 2nd summer for this unit. It is still going strong. I’m running it in my basement which is usually damp and musty smelling without running a dehumidifier in summer months. I attached an old piece of garden hose and it drips into a floor drain. I like that I can check and/or change settings, fan speed, timer, humidity level and temp etc. from anywhere using the app. The app is self-explanatory and does not require reading an instruction booklet! As far as noise level, not an issue for me in the basement. However, it seems to me to be an acceptable level even if run in living areas.
