If I could leave zero stars I would. I ordered this 8x12 after having a very positive rug purchasing experience earlier this year through Wayfair. I considered multiple other options and even submitted questions to Wayfair customer support before buying. This rug arrived today and I cannot believe what a horrible representation it is of the item shown on the website. The item shown on the website is indicated to be a wool rug made with power loom. This is very clearly a mostly polyester rug with a printed or stamped pattern. When I move my hand over the rug fibers you can see that they are white at the base, which I tried to capture in the photo. This was priced as a 1300 rug. I seriously am beyond disappointed that Wayfair would think this piece of garbage was worth even half that. It is going back ASAP.
