It comes in a crate and its 300 pounds so beware. I paid for the delivery service and it was no problem although the men visibly struggled to get it into my bedroom. My master is on the first floor. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite. This is the most beautiful and sculptural bath tub. It was the perfect shape for my bathroom. It is very spacious, has a comfortable back angle for relaxingreclining, and the lithocast material retains water heat incredibly well. Everyone who sees the tub loves the look and shape of it. I would use this again in a future renovation if given the chance. I had a customer purchase 4 of these toilets, the only problem I noticed with the installation is you can tighten the bolts through the sides of the base and you can still twist the bowl. In other words there's still play from side to side, but not forward and back. I've watched several installation videos, and everyone gives the impression that the toilet bowl is locked down without any movement. So once everything is assembled your basically depending on the caulking to seal and hold the base of the toilet in place. On the concentional base with the screws being secured through the holes on the base you were able to securely lock down the base.
