Even when fluffed it's not as full as the marketing photos but I believe it will work for me. I intend to add a lot more lights and cram it full of ornaments so it will probably be fine. I purchased an open-box item at a discount; not sure that it's worth full price, even on sale. Remote is one of those extremely cheap button-battery remotes with no indication of function printed on it. You have to guess what the functions are. The multi-function options are so tacky that I'm not sure why they offer them. I intend to stick with white lights. Note: not all of the white lights are the same temperature; some are a little cooler and brighter than others - can't really see it in photos. Absolutely stunning tree. I had professional installation through Angi services. The tree came pre lit with each sections already wired. So the installer only had to piece together each section and plug in the main cord. I will say, the instructions did not include anything about the tree have a steelbraided cable and trim buckle system that attaches to the base via hooks. So that was a bit confusing. The actual pictures and instructions showed each section and how to piece together but nothing about the cable system that held the tree tight and upright. So I did take that off then realized my tree was swaying and figured out that was to help stabilize it so I had to hire additional help to comeback and reinstall the cable system on tree. Hence the lack of stars. It is very difficult to find a box to put the tree in after taking it down. So do consider that prior to purchasing 14’ tree. Overall the tree was beautiful. Really good quality stems and branches. Easy to fluff. Love how realistic the tree branches appear. So many compliments on the tree!. Allison. Thu Jan 15 2026
