Very hard to find narrow base brackets that allow hook part to rotate. This is the one! We used them vertically to put curtains in closet door frame (no more sliding doors for us. This non-standard installation required some modification - basically drilling into the hook part so the screw can carry the modest weight of rod and curtain. Fortunately, the hook is solid metal, not hollow and was able to accept the screw and carry the weight. This is the second time we purchased these brackets for a vertical install for a closet door curtain. Sooo Pretty! These sheers will look great in my bedroom. I love the large hem and the pinch pleat. Why 4 stars? What an annoying and cumbersome care label. I am in the process of removing the care labels and I must go in and rip out the piece left over after cutting and sew up the hem (you will definetly see the label if not removed when the curtains are closed), the label is sewed into the hem, there is not an extra top stitch on the label that would make it easy to remove, these labels are sewn in as part of the curtain. Why??? I know there are legal reasons to secure the label to the product but there has to be other ways than this no matter the low cost. these sheer curtains were just what i was looking for! it was difficult to find sheer curtain panels that were wide enough and these were perfect. they are just sheer enough to allow light through and to provide some privacy during the day. they come with adjustable plastic hooks but do not come with curtain rings. they look high end without breaking the bank!.
