I orderd my dryer from the LG web site. I was anxious because I wasnt sure how smooth it would go. As it turned out- evrything went well, even when I needed to change the delivery and installation date. Also, I researched and learned that I got a better price ordering directly from LG. I had a complicated install with it being a stacked unit and installed in a smaller, yet adaquate laundry closet. The installers were excellent and gained my full confidence. My daughter gifted this to me a few months ago. I needed A refrigerator that would give me more space along with greater freezer capacity. I especially like that the refrigerator is on top with the ample freezer below. This particular design eliminates the need to forage on my hands and knees to see what’s below and in the back.
