This fountain is very easy to assemble, producing a soft bubbling sound that cannot be heard at a distance, and little to minimal splash. This fountain has heavy components and may require lifting assistance.

I absolutely love this fountain. The only minor issue was the internal pipe for the power cable; it was a bit short, which limited the water level and made the pump sound a little loud. I easily swapped it out for a longer piece of standard PVC pipe, which allowed for a higher water level and a much quieter operation. Very nice looking. I did not give it a 5 star for the following reasons: Wooden shelves are flimsy and made of cheap wood. I think the manufacturer could have used better wood and charged $20 more for the unit. The temperature seems to fluctuate (+/- 2 to 3 degrees) from where I set it.
