This was a breeze to apply. Simply shook the container to mix the contents and then applied with a paint roller. Avoided work during direct sunlight hours. Re-applied until the container was empty. When the first rain came I noticed the water bead up and roll off of the driveway as expected. I will probably do this yearly to maintain the concrete. Best price I could find also.. Earl. Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. Great product for protecting concrete. Be careful with how you want to apply this product. I used a plastic container and sprayer, and this sealer literally melted the plastic/ spraying wand. I had to buy stailess steel sprayer to apply this sealer. Also, use a very good quality gloves to avoid any skin rash. It would be great if the supplier supplied MSDS sheet and warning label to not to use any plastic sprayer. Product is excellent, easy to apply! Really solid with good craftsmanship and finish. Shelves on both side are removeable if you want a larger section. Drawers have a smooth action and seem like they are durable. Also comes with hardware to secure it to a wall to avoid tipping, although it feels very stable so it seems like it'd take a lot to make it fall. There was some assembly required, unlike what the description said. Nothing too intense, the knobs for the drawers and cabinets and the legs had to be screwed on. Took less than an hour, and a lot of that was just removing the packaging. This thing is really heavy though so to get the legs on, you'll need 2 people to tip it.
