I purchased the FORNO 30 inch this summer and have been very pleased with its performance. It offers simple yet powerful features and has a beautiful "professional" look. The only issue that I had was when movers slid the range out, one of the legs bent. Customer service was happy to replace when I provided a picture, sales receipt and serial number. It's beautiful. I'm new to induction, so it's weird, so far, but I think that's about induction technology, not this stove. One super tiny complaint is the screws they give to put the black metal backsplash on are silver, so if your stove is in an island & you see the back of your stove, the screws stand out & look cheap. We’ve had this stove installed since April. This stove is so beautiful. We love this stove in every way except 1. The knobs are very hard to read (black on black) . Once I learn them it will be easier but until them I’m using a grill light to be able to see the dials. For my kitchen remodel I purchased an ensemble of Forno appliances and during the work a worker dropped the stove causing damage. I contacted Forno customer service and was assisted by Emilia M. who is nothing short of amazing. I explained what had happened and she provided a breakdown for replacement parts and I ordered the parts I needed. Instead of shipping the individual components she shipped complete door assemblies and oven rack along with other items and some at no charge. I found out during repairs that the main gas line was bent and unusable. After checking on availability it was determined that the correct part was no longer available due to design change. At Emilia's request I provided the invoice for my purchase and Forno along with Emilia informed me that since the part was no longer available that they would be replacing the stove in return for the damaged one. Let me say that there aren't enough stars in the sky to give Forno and Emilia for the outstanding service and attention I was given to remedy my misfortune. I am and will only purchase Forno products no matter the cost for any future projects. This is the level of service other companies should model their business after. I am in love!!! Kitchen is not yet finished but I wanted to post this review for anyone looking for a new stove/range combo. I have used the convection baking setting as well as the burners many times. It is very heavy and well made. Looks and feels expensive . It is definitely very very heavy so moving it is a bit of a challenge but I am fine with that because once it is in place that sucker is not moving. The legs are adjustable for height and I suggest removing the cast iron grills before moving it to help with weight. I ordered the 30” and out cutout was just at 30” and it fits like a glove.
