It has two round holes, one above and one below, but my pipe was positioned in the middle. We had to carefully cut open the area between the two holes to make it fit. I am obsessed with this faucet! I am waiting to install it, but already I can tell that the gold is absolutely perfect and the height is exactly what you would want for a vessel sink. It comes with gloves (so fancy!), all the pieces you would need, and all the instructions you would need as well.
