Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). As a board gamer I wanted a good table that could be a dining table and a gaming table but wasn’t going to cost an arm and a leg from one of the big board game table companies. I haven’t had a chance to hook it up yet, but first impressions have been very positive. The delivery went smoothly, and everything arrived in good condition. One of the main reasons I chose this spa was the double lounger layout, which is hard to find at this price point. It’s more like a 3.5 rating. Good game options. Tedious build but worth it at the end. The frame seems ok but don’t think it will last for years on with kid activity. My issue was the hockey table was cracked on the ends. Was not able to secure one of the screws for the legs tight like I would like due to that.
