My only drawback was the overall thickness was less substantial than I expected. We took a leap of faith ordering this bed, not fully sure it would work, but it turned out to be a good match with our existing side tables and dresser. It’s also a lot lighter than pictured. I was expecting more color but it’s pretty light. It’s beautiful! I am glad I got it on sale though, as I don’t think it’s worth over 1k in the 9x12 size..
