This is the quietest range hood I have ever used with an unique design. The installation is straight forward for most with video tutorial online that's readily available. I went with a professional installation. This range hood is rated at 1100cfm and the unique design has worked very well. My home no longer smells even when I deep fry. I did two modifications for my installation. I went with a Zephyr 6"-8" duct increaser. The reason I did this is because the range hood is rated over 1000cfm. This might not be necessary but it's a choice I made for myself because of the rated CFM. My installation required a 4" spacer piece. I used 6" 10-32 fine thread screws to secure my upper cabinet to the range hood to make up the 4" spacer difference. This is not necessary according to Fotile but I went the extra mile for $13 more in screws, bolts, and washers. So far I am very satisfied with how quiet and powerful it is. The traditional round shaped light is wrapped in a broad black strip with a wood grain interior and a bright white shade. When it lights up, you can clearly see the wood grain color of the inner layer, like the forest at night.

We replaced an old fluorescent fixture with this LED fixture. Our house was built in 1939, but I'd date the the original fixture from the 1990s. This light is well-priced and, in turn, the "wood" does not look much like wood (photos attached). It is a cheap plastic imitation made to look like wood, and even less than the product photos suggest. I know this is a tradeoff for the price. It looks metallic (more gold than wood) when the light is on. Installation was simple enough, but please know that light is attached to the bracket upon arrival so you'll want to twist it off before installation. With our older wiring, we didn't have a green ground screw (existing wires were already grounded), so we capped the provided copper ground wire. The light it a very warm/yellow light -- not a natural/white sunny light -- and I don't know yet if this will feel like too little light. This is an upgrade from what we had -- a fluorescent light that took a few seconds to blink on to minimal visibility -- and is a good price. A very good range/stove that we have used for the last year. It has a few idiosyncrasies to which we have become accustomed. The clock is ridiculously hard to set. We have to look it up every time the time/date changes. There is no automated option. No smart connection for this unit at all, which is a plus and a minus. The power is insanely good. It can boil water so fast. The oven is very even. The unit feels solid. Placing a pot on an unused hob will result in a clicking noise that happens every few seconds. At first this drove me nuts, but now it's fine. The induction is fairly loud, especially when placed at a high level. The stainless steel scratches fairly easily. At first this was annoying, but now it's a kind of patina. This thing gets some serious use daily and I'm okay with it. Delivery was uneventful. I did need to make some mods to my electrical outlet but that was no big deal. Cost me $200 to get an electrician out. Make sure you have the outlets and plugs that you want/need in advance.. Adam.
