The quality seems as excellent as you will see on reviews elsewhere. Only a week in for us now now and this thing is 'cooking.' Note that, as another review 'complained', the color delivered was green, not grey as pictured and described online. Thankfully I had read that review and was fine with either color. The color issue is for Wayfair customer service and shouldn't affect the product quality review. The way they show it installed on the side of the house is pretty troublesome too. I’m super excited to have this compost bin. Assembly was straightforward and everything snapped together perfectly. I like the open bottom so that earthworms will have easy access to the compost. The lid has a decent little latch and the sliding door for accessing compost is a great feature Simply slide the door up and off for shoveling out finished compost.
