This has been the most miserable and frustrating experience ever - I ordered this sofa back in November 2025. Right before the holidays after waiting for the sofa to be custom made for >1 month It arrived with black stains all over. They asked me to wait for a replacement guess what it came again with black stains. Frustrating- becoz I didn’t have chairs in the living room i agreed on get a company to come out and clean it and I was offered a discount to keep me silent.
