After reading the reviews and doing research I went with the professional because I do make a lot of bread and the larger motor handles thicker mixes better. My daughter made bread with dough on the dry side. I'm positive we would have probably burnt the motor of an artisan mixer. This beast powered through like a champ. My husband and I have been living in our apartment for almost 4 and a half years and we have had two dogs with these 4 years. I have been seeing good and bad reviews about this, but I chose to invest in our health. We have dust in the carpets from shoes and every daily activities. When my husband put it together and saw the rows he was impressed already. It didn't take him long he followed the directions. Some people's reviews I have read proves they didn't follow directions, follow it! This is expensive and worth it do it correctly.
