I ordered this based on the website information and photograph showing that it is a stainless steel dual filter system for chlorine and fluoride whereas upon receiving the item it is a single polypropylene filter casing system that apparently only removes fluoride. In addition to filtering my water, it provides customizable temperature cold and near-boiling water (and every temperatures in between ) as well as carbonated water all in one convenient faucet. It is easy to install and quiet to run - it took me about an hour to install as a novice. Some of that time was spent emptying stuff from under my bar sink. I have nothing but good things to say about this system except for its size. For what it does, I’m not sure it could be smaller. However, it is LARGE. Because of my plumbing and the presence of a garbage disposal, getting this system in my cabinet took some doing and didn’t leave a lot of room for much else. I’d love for it to be smaller. I also think it would be nice for it to come with a CO2 bottle. Needing to buy additional pieces for such an expensive system lessens the luxury experience this system otherwise imparts. I’d recommend this to anyone for their home, particularly heavy seltzer drinkers like us. I also like being able to custom set the temperature of warm water to make bottles for my baby.. Stephanieg.
