If you know how to build things and are super handy, go for it. GazeboPenguin’s customer service is nice and gets right back to you with assistance. The included instructions are very close to useless in most parts. I would recommend emailing them for the more detailed slightly less confusing video instructions. A lot of pieces were mislabeled and missing drill holes. The structure itself seems sturdy and nice enough which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. We love the room so far, now that is up. Assembly was a pain due to the unclear directions,unmarked parts,missing parts and damaged parts. Actual pictures of the parts and assembly would go a long way. I'm skilled at assembling stuff like this and with my sons had to disassemble things a few times before we got things so they appear to be correct. There were some filler panels that they sent too many of one and 1 short of another. I made it work. One roof rail was badly bent and twisted even though there was no real damage to packaging. Have realistic expectations when you buy one of these. I was quoted almost 30k for a 3 season room. I didn't think I was getting the same quality so I'm not disappointed with it. . John. I waited until the sun room was finally completed before writing this review. Thanks to all the previous reviewers… your reviews really help prep me for the installation process so my anxiety levels were not so high. Yes the instructions were written by someone who probably never put up or seen anyone else install one of these…nevertheless it took two professional pros one and a half days to install… mainly because it was like building it from scratch with many pieces packed in about six different boxes… I was amazed to see the pieces transformed into a AWESOME SUN ROOM….love love….So to sum all up don’t attempt on your own leave the installation to the pros and don’t stress…not to say that they did not have any problems with the instructions or installation but at least they could figure out the alternatives if need be… I am very happy with this SunRoom it’s like having a extra add on bonus room … I will enjoy….. Delivery was very quick and although boxes were very battered, packing material protected the parts well with only a few minor cosmetic chips (touch-up paint included). Instruction manual mislabeles Beam Connectors 11 and 11a, so just use the opposite part when building. Considering the size of the frame and number of parts/holes, it fit together pretty well. That said, a small round file and a drill bit will widen the occasional holes that are slightly offset and ream out hole punches that are too small for screws, respectively. Recommend using the cardboard packaging and wood blocks to prop up frame to protect the finish during assembly. As always, hex bit provided is small - have a couple longer ones or drill bit adapter on hand to speed things up. I threaded some wire through the canopy loops to keep the in place during assembly.
