This chair mat looks crisp, clean, and clear (like glass), which is why I selected this product. It is not heavy as a glass mat would be. However, the mat does not stay adhered to the carpeted floor, even with the sticky tape that came with the mat. The chair mat provides the protection I needed for my wood floor. Excellent service and product! This one arrived flat not rolled, possibly due to the size and it is a thick heavy mat. Does well on my medium to highish pile carpet considering my sons gaming chair weighs 50# without him setting in it.
