Wow! This was a fabulous gift for my husband who works from home but his office chair has now scraped up a section of our hard wood floors. Excellent service and product! This one arrived flat not rolled, possibly due to the size and it is a thick heavy mat. Does well on my medium to highish pile carpet considering my sons gaming chair weighs 50# without him setting in it.
