This product showed up very well, packaged in die cut foam in a heavy duty, cardboard box, which was shrunk wrapped as well. The faucet appears to be very well-made, and hopefully gives the plumber no trouble in a couple of months when they go to hook it up! Follow up after installation. Ordered this in brushed gold and it is a very sleek design as described! It came with all needed parts and easy to follow instructions. Mounting base and plate were already put together which was confusing initially when checking the parts list. I have never received anything packaged as nicely as this faucet was.. Roberta.
