I like these dogs ramps, and love that they came in a set of two. We have an older dog that has a hard time with the bottom step of our basement stairs, because it is higher than the other stairs. She also has a hard time getting started up the steps to our RV when camping and the ground is uneven. They were easy to put together and are lightweight and portable. These are medium duty stair treads. This is my second purchase, the first set were used on my back stairs and have held up nicely for almost a year and a half and still perform and look good. I stapled them on the back stairs, but don't recommend doing that, the cheapo staples rusted. Be prepared for assembly. You'll need the following: spray dish soap for lubrication, a rubber mallet and a phillips-head screwdriver. Fortunately, it's only four screws, the rest is like putting together a Lego set. It just takes some serious pounding with the rubber mallet to get the pieces to go together, and I mean serious pounding. Just fair warning. The dish soap helps to get things going. We bought these to add to a metal spiral staircase which was very smooth and slippery. They were easy to install and look like they came with the staircase kit! If you have to cut each individual tread like we did, I recommend cutting a cardboard template to make sure they all come out the same. Also, to place each tread, peel back 2" of the backing paper in a crease on one side (this makes it easier to position the tread before committing to sticking the whole tread on). I needed some gym flooring for my home gym that is getting slowly put together. These went on sale and are the perfect fit. They ship wrapped and sealed well, have a slightly rubber smell that isnt going to overwhelm you while they air out, and feel great under your feet. The edges piece together nicely however you may have to lift the edge near the corner to lay 2 together so it does press the other down. Again this is not a big deal. Finally putting the floor together is simple, Line up the edges and step, slap, stomp, or use a rubber mallot to get the edges to fit together. A product and wayfair shipped super fast.
