My wife and I purchased the Titus by flexsteel power reclining sofa with lumbar heat and massage. The delivery was very good,came on time and we got the full service delivery, so they brought it up and into our living room and set the whole thing up. It is a very sturdy feeling sofa. This is a wonderful loveseat and fits in our somewhat narrow family room nicely. We also have the matching couch and love this set.
