Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light. I ordered this based on the website information and photograph showing that it is a stainless steel dual filter system for chlorine and fluoride whereas upon receiving the item it is a single polypropylene filter casing system that apparently only removes fluoride. This life-size cardboard standup is exactly the size and proportion our decorating committee wanted. It is going to be the centerpiece of our upcoming fundraiser "A Day At The Races." Unfortunately I misread the description. I thought this was going to be 2-sided, but it's not, it's only 1-sided. So we purchased a 2nd one and will put them back-to-back. The other thing that didn't quite suit our needs is that it's flat, no pizzaz. Don't get me wrong, the trophy is exactly as pictured and a great piece.
