These lights are great. I was able to install them myself and I am not an electrician (although a very capable DIYer). The box sits perfectly inside the ceiling and the switch to adjust the light temperature is on the side facing the hole so you don't have to keep pulling it out to adjust. The lights are wafer thin and the clips are easy enough to manage. This is a wall register and as described. The metal is a little flimsy to take that into consideration with drilled it in. It looks nice and new and makes the other register in the room look so dirty, so will have to replace that too!
