Received my 6 chairs in perfect condition. They were packed so well, they could have withstood a tornado. They arrived quickly. Chairs are EXACT dimensions as stated, so measure your space carefully. They are very comfortable and give excellent lower back support. I like the high-weight capacity of these chairs. They seem to be a comfy fit for people of all different sizes and heights. Be advised that the plastic bits on the bottoms of the chair legs are part of the chair, and not part of the packaging. They are now my dining room chairs. Really sturdy shower base. I would buy again. I thought the pressure-fit drain would be handy, but my plumber refused to use it because he said they can cause problems. So that wasn't much of a value. But overall a great product. Just make sure to specify where you want the drain. When they asked, I said it didn't really matter, because I was plumbing a new drain to it. But I said, "Well, just put it in the center." But maybe because I hadn't specified that on the order, they sent the drain in the rear center, as shown. And it barely worked, because there was a joist super close!
