Received my 6 chairs in perfect condition. They were packed so well, they could have withstood a tornado. They arrived quickly. Chairs are EXACT dimensions as stated, so measure your space carefully. They are very comfortable and give excellent lower back support. I like the high-weight capacity of these chairs. They seem to be a comfy fit for people of all different sizes and heights. Be advised that the plastic bits on the bottoms of the chair legs are part of the chair, and not part of the packaging. They are now my dining room chairs.
