Configure your ideal shower experience with Hansgrohe’s single-rough solution supplying water flow to multiple outlets (showerhead, tub spout, handheld shower, etc.). Select your desired thermostatic or pressure balance shower trim kit (and diverter, if needed) to pair with your universal iBox shower rough-in valve. Rubber seals and trim carrier plate reduce in-wall vibrations and minimize noise transfer through finished wall. Standard 3/4-inch pipe inlets. Compatible with 1/2-inch pipes (reducers not included) – and all pipe types (brass, PVC, plastics, copper, etc.). PVC housing designed to penetrate finished wall surface to prevent leaks, as well as to allow direct access to water shut-off valves and for servicing without tile removal. However, there's no mention or photo that shows this part is only the 'sleeve' that is inserted into the rough-in mix valve - it doesn't include the internal cartridge (must purchase separately if needed). I bought this faucet trim for its modern style. It's a little larger than I expected, and it does not come with a shut off valve, as many of them do not. But after calling around I finally found the one that goes with it and everything is working fine. If my budget was larger, I would have chosen an entire shower trim set that was very expensive and more sleek. But this was a middle ground that I found pleasing. I would recommend this product.
