I wanted a pendant light for over my sink to replace a florescent fixture. I looked at 1000’s of pendant lights for months! For me the pendant needed to be a dark fixture to go with my black cabinet hardware. It needed to not block my view out the window, not be a light bulb hanging in front of my face, bright enough to mimic my old florescent fixture, dimmable, and attractive. Sconces look great. They are grand in size and fully dimmable to your liking. They kick out a lot of light. My only concern is the shades.
