My son recently started taking online classes and I wanted him to have a more comfortable desk chair since he'd be spending a lot of time in it. When this arrived, I was pleasantly surprised just how comfortable it is. It is adjustable in several ways (seat height, seat tilt, and chair back angle), plus the arm height is adjustable. The fabric is quality and should last for years. I chose the gray, which is a nice charcoal color. The arms are made of a different material, but just as plush and comfortable. The padding in the seat and back are very comfortable, not too firm or too soft, and I believe will keep their shape for a long time. The design is nice but the product it self might come defaulted . The product i got was good up the when i had to put the door together. The holes for the screws where all lose . So i had to fill in each hole with glue and wait until it dried then i screwed them in . After that I had to buy extra brackets and screw those in to boards to hold them together so I don't fall while sleeping on the frame . Trust me this purchase was the worst decision i made . If you get a none defaulted product it's a good product but with this purchase it's like playing russian roulette. You might get lucky and get a good one but you also might get a defaulted product..
