This thing is nearly perfect! We have three dogs that we kennel occasionally when we leave the house, and I was tired of looking at three wire kennels of different sizes spread throughout the house. I decided to splurge on this 95" furniture-style kennel console, and it's absolutely everything I wanted it to be! It's STURDY. The assembly instructions were easy to follow, and assembly wasn't nearly as daunting a task as I thought it was going to be. Ours did arrive with a pretty nasty scratch/scuff on one of the bottom boards (thanks to a pretty big gash in the box from shipping), but it's covered by a kennel pad/dog bed, so not visible and not worth fussing over. Shipped quickly and arrived well packaged. The instructions are easy enough, and it was easy to put together until I got to the backrest. Even with two people, it was a pain. This is the only reason I rated it a 4. It appears there is a piece of foam covering that is under the material across the back, and then it was torn so you can put in the screws. Unfortunately, you have to put them in blindly as you cannot see the holes to line up the screws. A couple of times, had to remove some material from the holes to get the screws in. The zipper on one side broke while unzipping it to get to the backrest screw holes and cannot be reattached (like you could with a jacket zipper). It doesn't affect the function, but for the price, it's just something that should have happened. After all was said and done, it's super cute, the material is really nice, true to color and the couch is sturdy. It could also serve as a toddler couch. My dogs took to it right away.. Elizabeth. Ive had this for years now and it still works great! My dogs are 30lbs and 60lbs and for great. Though the lock on one side sticks sometimes rhetorical else is great.
