The jets aren't super strong, but they are enough to help muscles relax. My teenagers love using this after sports, and my husband and I enjoy it after work. Each of my family has said they think this was a good purchase. Having the heater helps a lot. It doesn't make the water "hot" but it keeps it at the temperature that it was originally or slightly warmer. Have a professional install to make sure it is set up correctly helps! Tub has a great look and the gel coat finish seem good. However the manufacturing quality control is extremely poor. Overall length was 60.25 instead of 60 causing fit problem in the alcove. Front face was not square and had to be adjusted by cutting tub structure boards underneath and reattaching. 6 leveling pads not sufficient to provide a solid feel when in tub as it sounding like it was going to crack.
