Arrived in two large boxes. One for the in wall tank and one for the bowl itself. Plumbing install was about 2x what i was seeing posted on websites for in wall tank installs so be prepared. And it obviously requires electrical and wall repair behind the bowl as well. Plumber ran into studs being 12” apart in my 1940s home so it required reframing as well. I’d recommend checking that first if you have an older home. Bathroom is still in process of getting wainscoting but overall, this toilet is awesome and worth the cost. Bidet function works super well. Heated water and seat are great. Only minor critique is the bowl flushes so hard it does sometimes have a droplet or two splash out.. Lucas. Lubbock, TX.
