I just love my new cooktop. The design makes it really easy to clean. In terms of performance, I noticed that cook times are a little bit shorter. The gas dial has a wide range, so I can go from very low to high flame. Also having an additional burner is great. I can have multiple meals going at the same time. It is absolutely beautiful, and comes with several sink features any at home chef would love. The sink is exceptionally smooth with no visible pores and has a wonderful stone finish. The craftsmanship on this product stands above many other commercial sinks I have looked at. We have not yet had a chance to install. Overall the cutting board looks of good quality and the scrap tray is perfect with its deep pocket holding capacity. Arrived safe and sound. I really like that inside the package, the foam is in two simple pieces that slide together so it's really easy to get the sink in or out of the box. For me, the sink top will stay in the box for awhile since we haven't finished renovations yet. The ring around the sink drain is silver in color in case anyone is wondering.. Julie. Elma, NY.
