The greatest advantage, I think is the savings on your electric bill from not having to cool the entire house. The inverter option is great for any place with short winters for the same reason noted above, no furnace needed! I heat up a room for the cold hours of the night and that’s it. The remote control is a must, but it works great with the thermostat so I just set the temperature I like and that’s it! The room stays at a comfortable temperature. My husband was able to do most of the installation. It was relatively easy to install the unit on the wall with parts that are included, we only had a certified electrician do the the connection and final install of the unit. This unit is exactly what I have been looking for. I purchased this item twice before with other sellers during COVID but each time the order was cancelled after several months by the seller when they could not obtain the steel tubing for the sturcture. This unit was delivered to my door on the date promised when I placed the order with Wayfair. I have not setup the unit yet due the weather conditions.
