I ordered this for my husband's job. We've used it one time so far and it seems to be working well. It does use a lot of electricity since we had it plugged in we received an alert from our electric company. It is quite big. The picture make it looks smaller. I have been using these filters for the last 7 years. I live in LA and the facet water isn’t the best to drink. These filters make a healthy water that taste good.
