I also used teflon on that part to just to ensure no water leaking. I doubled my filter with the one included on my handheld showerhead and man their was nothing but a 200% increase in pressure and omg my hard water nightmare is over!! My hair and skin is softer, And this filter slash pressure washer converter is so worth it. The fact that it has enhanced my shower cleaning experience is added bonus!! I ordered the faucet, filter faucet, air gap, and soap dispenser in Antique Gold. I waited until the final piece arrived before writing this review because I wanted to see the full set together. Unfortunately, I am disappointed with the finish. The online photos made Antique Gold look much darker, richer, and warmer. In real life, especially in daylight, the finish is much lighter and reads closer to a pale satin brass or warm satin nickel than the deeper antique gold shown online. I tried to verify the finish before ordering, including calling the store, but I could not find the identical items locally to see in person. For such expensive pieces, the finish representation should be much more accurate. The photos are deceiving and do not properly show how light this color looks in normal lighting. I hope the products function well, but from a design standpoint, I am disappointed.
