I’ve had the six stage model RCC7P – AK for about a year. I’m just now doing my first filter change, all, but the RO Membrane. I have a bit of an unconventional installation. My system is about 20 feet from the water supply in the sink drain. I’ve had it installed on the floor. But for this filter change, I mounted it to the wall about 12 inches above the floor with support under the filters. That will make future filter changes much easier in the future. Couldn’t be happier with the system. Great system, great tasting water with very effective filtering. Do not try to clean the charcoal filter in the recirculation kit as it can not be cleaned, Please change the charcoal filter every 4-6 months (depending on hood usage)

I purchased this filter as a backup replacement, but I have to say, we've been using the original filter that came with the system since February and it has far exceeded my expectations. We also use the beverage system to fill the reservoir on our nugget ice maker, and since switching from tap water, there has been absolutely no scale buildup. That's been a huge bonus and has helped keep maintenance to a minimum. The filter life, water quality, and overall performance have been outstanding. Extremely durable it definitely has some weight to it which surprised me. When it was heavy, I knew it was going to be durable and thats exactly what it was. Mounted easily surprisingly and supported my 100 inch TV with absolute ease. This mount is able to twist and turn and fold in every imaginable an angle, even if you dont mount the TV 100 level, you can turn and tilt the TV to the exact level that you need. even if you did not mount the TV perfectly level, this full motion mount was able to angle in any direction for the perfect view..
