Works pretty good! The outside is mirrored when it’s sunny and the inside is tinted as we got the black/silver. The reflection is a little blurry from the outside so not 100% professional look but gets the job done from neighbors looking in on us!! Will need to put down shade when cloudy or dark outside. I had such high hopes for this film. Boy was I disappointed. It did not stick. At all. The instructions did not match the product. It said adhesive. There was no adhesive. I even tried the soapy water as instructed in the online description, nope. In addition to all of that, you can see the square lines drawn by the manufacturer for cutting guidance. This next comment is regarding the seller. I gave specific measurements for the window when I ordered. They sent one roll of film that was short by one foot. Pattern is a little more 'busy' than I'd hoped - but install was relatively easy and it gets the job done. We purchased this to add privacy, but more importantly, to cut down on reactive barking with our senior Yorkie. Worked like a charm, and my plants LOVE the diffused light that this provides for a previously scorching south facing window! We also have a 95 lb puppy who has jumped at the glass door several times and scratched it - however if you have a normal, well adjusted dog, you'll probably be fine. LOL. We have noticed SOME bubbling on our mudroom door/window - not related to any dog interference, but all in all does the job, If i were to order again, I'd use a less detailed pattern.. Jen.
