Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. These dimmable LED bulbs came in a box of 24 so they will last a long time because they have a very long lifespan of 15,000 hours. I can use these indoor or outside. and can be used in a damp area. They are very bright and that has to be taken into consideration if you need a lot of bulbs in one fixture. I needed eight bulbs and that was just too much light. You will not be receiving this product as pictured. The pictured item is the sensor probe for their commercial stream generators. The residential stream generator only comes with the probe, no metal housing/ grill. Mr. Stan expects you to put the probe within your grout....so not sure how this would work down the road if you ever needed to service or replace this probe...rip out your grout? Also, you'd need to consider your spacing in your grout where you'd be placing this probe. Wish I knew ahead of ordering and then requesting replacement which arrived like the first, no housing/grill.
