I usually don’t write product reviews, but I had to share my experience with this inflatable tent. After a long day of unpacking and setting everything up, I accidentally forgot to loosen the Velcro that was holding my heavy-duty indooroutdoor extension cord tightly wrapped. Because the cord remained coiled during use, it overheated and melted the rubber casing inside the tent. It became so hot that the power shut off due to heat overload, and a cloud of smoke filled the tent. A duffel bag sitting nearby even picked up some melted orange rubber from the cord, and the heat was intense enough to melt the tarp underneath the tent. Despite all that, the tent itself did not suffer any significant damage, which honestly impressed me. I’ll do my best to include photos of everything. Overall, this is an excellent product. It truly functions as a four-season hot tent and does an amazing job retaining heat. I’m definitely not suggesting anyone intentionally test their tent this way — this was purely an accident — but I’m thankful I was in a well-built, reliable tent that helped keep me safe in a potentially dangerous situation.. The only reason I give a 4 rating instead of 5 is because the color on the web site was lighter and blue which is what I wanted. I have found Wayfair pictures had been pretty good representation of the actual color. This time I was disappointed. It's much darker and doesn't look blue. The packaging on the rug said Ivory/Blue. I couldnt imagine trying to get it up an interior stairway. Ive read some other reviews that complain of it not retaining heat. My experience is the opposite.
