I absolutely love this model. Cooking and baking have been very consistent. The design is sleek and clean. The controls are easy to use and the features are wonderful. Bakes so well, too. It preheats quickly and stays at an even temperature throughout. Mine is convert to LP and I have had no problems with either cooking or baking. I really like the way I can tap on the oven door, and it lights up inside without having to open the door more importantly the glass is crustal clear so I can clear see inside. I like the straightforward design of this oven. It heats food quickly and has a sleek appearance, especially with the controls located on the front. One thing I've noticed is that I sometimes lean against the front knobs while using it, so in hindsight I may actually prefer controls on the back. That said, the oven's performance has been excellent. After completing the initial burn-off process, I baked banana bread, and it turned out perfectly, the best banana bread I've made.
