This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. It is a well made and attractive product. My issue and caution is that it does NOT really provide the "faucet extension" I was looking for. The faucet it comes with is fine for spilling a small bucket or washing tools. It is not a standard faucet. There is a second output on the valve that you "can" connect a hose too, but it has two issues. First,not only provides a "hose barb" connector. So you have this super clean looking tower with your faucet, and a hokey looking piece of hose with a clamp on it dangling down to actually connect your hose. The second issue is that the control for the second hose outlet is very tight to get at, and does not look like it will be durable over time.
