I ordered the runner and it was pretty much as advertised. It isn’t a pure white but it was certainly close enough and it blends well with my decor. The product was packaged well including fabric caps on the ends to protect them. The reason why my rating is lower than 5 was because the rug is very lightweight and the backing very stiff so it was difficult to get it to lay flat. I tried weighing it down and using carpet tape to no avail. I ended up having to steam the backing and I finally got them to lay flat. The chairs are just what I wanted. Stylish, comfortable and sturdy. The only problem is there are missing rubber feet on the bottom of several of the legs making the chairs rock and scratch the floor. I've looked and can't find replacement feet.. Vanessa. Signal Mountain, TN. Mon Mar 23 2026
