This outdoor rug is exactly as advertised. I love that it came rolled up instead of folded up as the rugs that come folded up are nearly impossible to get rid of the creases. The actual product was fine and met expectations. However 3 of these large tiles were damaged. I ordered just enough for my bathroom. When the 3 were discovered as damaged, Wayfair replaced with another delivery. However the tiles showed up 1 month later. They could not offer expedite shipping. My bathroom renovation completion was delayed due to this. The delivery attempts were also delayed despite receiving email updates. Then they delivered to my neighbors house. Luckily since I noticed this immediately they were able to drive back and pick up and bring back to my house. 6 new tiles but 2 were damaged. Great product for the price. I've been using this machine at my boba shop for 2 weeks and it's not bad. However, not really a commercial rated product since the output is less than advertised. It's approximately 3-4 servings (170g per serving which is a standard) at once then wait 3-5 minutes for chamber to freeze soft serve again for reuse. The actual output is approximately 48-60 serving per hour at the most not 200 servings. It's still a bargain for the price and the quality of the soft serve ice cream it dispenses is excellent.
