Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. I warred with getting these or the pedestal base, but due to replacing a bathtub with a unique plumbing layout, the feet were the best option if I needed to have my drain assembly facing the room. .I waited for this wind chime far longer than necessary. Delivery was delayed then aborted x3 due Wayfair providing the wrong shipping address. I called customer service a total of 3 times and each time was assured that they had corrected the issue and a replacement would be shipped. The issue wasn’t corrected I only received my order because I contacted FedEx put a hold on my card order and drove to FedEx and picked wind chime up myself. Very happy that I did. Only a setback we have with the Jacuzzi Cover that come with a hole in the interior of the fabric but we contacted Wayfair and we expecting a replacement.
