A little damaged by being delivered, scratched, contacted support and next day got back with me on ways to find a solution. But have yet to hear back now. Overall machine is pretty decent, sides get hot at first, but then cools off. The spacing is a little tighter than we thought. Normal 750ml wine bottles can’t really fit in both ways, that shows in picture (that’s a con), so I wouldn’t say 45 bottles. This is a beautiful hood, at a great price. Wayfair customer service went above and beyond to replace the original “lost” shipment when the first transportation company claimed the hood was delivered and signed for. The documentation proved that to be impossible based on the date it left the warehouse. We ordered a sample to see the tile in person before purchasing enough for our front hall floor. We received our order quickly via Fed Ex. The tile was wrapped and boxed very securely with only one broken tile out of the 120 tiles. The lot was the same for all 5 boxes (important).
